Common Questions About Our Cleaning Services

We’ve answered some of the most common questions customers ask about our window, gutter, fascia, and driveway cleaning services.

How often can I book window cleaning?

Most customers choose a 4, 6, or 8-weekly cleaning cycle, depending on how quickly dirt builds up in their area. Regular cleaning helps prevent marks and keeps your windows clear and bright throughout the year.

 
Do you clean in bad weather?

Yes. Light rain and showers do not affect the finish because we use purified water through a water-fed pole system. Your windows dry streak-free.

What happens on the first clean?

Your first visit takes a little longer as we do a full deep clean. This includes a one-off extra payment. After that, the regular price applies.

What if I forget to leave access open?

We always text or call the evening before. If access isn’t left open, we’ll clean the windows we can reach and the standard charge will still apply.

What areas do you cover?

We cover Canvey Island, Benfleet, Southend-on-Sea, Rayleigh, Leigh-on-Sea, Basildon, Wickford, Rochford, and many other towns across Essex.
